The couple was a big part of an economic revitalization of the city and has branched out into several businesses beyond the television show. Their businesses, including the Magnolia Market at the Silos retail complex, e-commerce, furniture design, real estate, publishing, and an upcoming restaurant, have added hundreds of jobs to the area.
