NTT Data signs massive Legacy West lease

​​​PLANO – Japan-based system integration company NTT Data has leased 233,000 sf in the former JCPenney campus now known as the Campus at Legacy West. NTT will move out of its Plano Parkway campus in 2018.

ESRP represented NTT in its real estate search. Colliers International represented the Campus at Legacy West. 

Dreien Opportunity Partners, headed by local developer Sam Ware, purchased the 1.8-million-sf JCPenney campus for $353 million late last year. The sale-leaseback with JCPenney closed earlier this year.

NTT Data also anchors Gaedeke Group’s One Legacy West.
