LEANDER – Leander City Council gave initial approval to a concept plan, preliminary plat and planned unit development zoning for approximately 20.7 acres located southwest of the intersection of Woodview Dr. and Raider Way in Leander.
The single-family residential condominium development, called the Enclave at Stewart Crossing, is located near Rouse High School and Wiley Middle School.
The gated community is planned to include single-family townhomes, according to city documents.
The townhomes will include detached and attached residences along with community courtyard parks.
