980-unit Pasadena portfolio sold

​​​PASADENA –​​ New York-based Empire Square Group and an overseas​ limited partner have sold two multifamily complexes totaling 980 units to a Houston buyer.

The 514-unit Alta Vista and 468-unit Las Villas apartment communities were constructed on nearly 46 acres at 621 and 407 S. Richey St. in 1970. They were renovated between 2012 and 2015.
