Carrollton community ‘chugs’ to transit hub

​​​CARROLLTON – The third phase, Union III, of Union at Carrollton Square is underway.

Union III will add 352 one- and two-​bedroom apartments to the existing 311 units which delivered in Phases I and II.

The development is located in Carrollton’s historic downtown area and is the city’s first major transit-oriented community with I-35E less than one mile away.

The first luxury units are expected to become available in late 2018.

Floor plans are expected to range in size from 381 to 1,149 sf.

The property will include two, four-story buildings and 4,025 sf of ground-floor retail space.
