​HOUSTON – Here is a list of the major industrial and office space acquisitions, according to the Houston Chronicle:

  • HOUSTON: WPT Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust purchased Apex Distribution Center, a three-building property totaling 410,600 sf at 5750 Brittmoore and 10618-10634 Tanner.
  • HOUSTON: Polymers Packaging & Warehousing has acquired a rail-served, 275,000-sf warehouse at 550 Aleen.
  • HOUSTON: Lorance & Thompson has renewed a 21,263-sf lease in Brookhollow Central II at 2900 North Loop West.
  • THE WOODLANDS: The Work Lodge has opened its second area co-working location totaling 20,000 sf in Havenwood Office Park, 25700 I-45.
