AUSTIN – PacVentures and Aquila Commercial are turning the vacant Walmart Supercenter at 8201 N. RR 620 into an office building.
The 215,000-sf project, called Preserve at 620, will be completed in April 2018.
PacVentures purchased the property in August 2016.
