AUSTIN – The vacant Walmart Supercenter property in Four Points, located at 8201 N. RR 620 is currently under construction and being converted into new office space.
Aquila Commercial is working with PacVentures to develop the property into an approximately 215,000-sf office space called the Preserve at 620.
The development will be a “modern office” with high ceilings, natural light, outdoor spaces for employees and a dog park.
