Westlake campus + Charles Schwab = 5000 jobs

​​​WESTLAKE – The initial phase of Charles Schwab’s new 70-acre campus, located at SH 170 and SH 114, is underway.​

Initially, Charles Schwab plans to build two office buildings totaling 500,000 sf of space.

There will also be an amenity building that has a cafe and large assembly space, training facility and outdoor meeting areas.

The campus will house 2,600 employees when finished in 2019, with enough room to accommodate 5,000 employees.​
