FARMERS BRANCH – The Centre, a 50-acre office park, is being planned for a makeover as a mixed-use development.
The 40-year-old office park, located on Midway Rd., contains 11 office buildings which provide more than 800,000 sf of space.
Plans for the park include tearing down three of the office buildings and replacing them with apartments and retail.
The plans also include 193 rental townhomes, 70 apartments and first-floor retail in the three-story and four-story buildings.
