SAN ANTONIO – Bluerock Real Estate purchased the 320-unit Grand apartment complex for $51 million in the wealthy Dominion neighborhood on the northwest side.
The firm bought the complex, located at 23910 I-10 near Leon Springs, from Embrey Partners, the local development firm that constructed it in 2015.
San Antonio has been seeing an influx of out-of-state buyers acquiring local apartment complexes.
More than 50 complexes have changed hands in Bexar County since the beginning of the year, property records show.
