CY-FAIR – An oil and gas company is consolidating its operations and expanding to Cy-Fair with a major acquisition off Telge Road.
AIV will break ground in late 2017 on a new 320,000-sf facility on NW Lake Dr., near the Telge Rd. and Hwy. 290 intersection.
The facility—expected to be completed late 2018—is located on a 32-acre site, which will allow for expansions up to 700,000 sf.
The office will allow AIV to consolidate its existing headquarters on the West Sam Houston Parkway with two separate modification facilities operated by Gulf Coast Modification, AIV’s in-house valve modification shop.
The facility will feature:
- two stories of Class A office space;
- warehouse space to store inventory; and
- the fabrication facility where Gulf Coast Modification will be located.
