The development, called Blueridge Homes, will feature 40 single-family homes ranging from three to five bedrooms.

Prices will start at about $120,000.

Blueridge is one of four affordable subdivisions that SAHA is building on the West Side of San Antonio to help bring homeownership to those making at or below the average median income.
