THE WOODLANDS – Xscape Theatres has purchased an eight-acre site at the northeast corner of FM 1488 and Old Conroe Rd. just north of The Woodlands for its first Texas location.
The 52,000-sf movie theater will feature:
- 12 screens;
- seating for 1,530 people;
- leather recliner seats; and
- an expanded menu and beverages.
Opening is targeted in early 2018.
