HARLINGEN – Plans for a $4 million, four-story Homewood Suites by Hilton with 89 rooms have been filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
Construction on the 73,088-sf facility is expected to begin in October 2017 and should be completed in about two years, Hilton officials say.
The new Harlingen hotel, located at 1 Sesame Dr, will be a franchise operation owned by Ocean Gate Investments LLC.
