DALLAS – Construction has started on the Hudson, a 124-unit new apartment community coming to McKinney Ave. in the Knox Street district.
The seven-story building replaces an aging condominium near Monticello Ave. just east of Highland Park.
The new apartment development will include a fitness center, dog park, and rooftop "sky lounge" when it opens in 2019.
