Downtown skyscraper goes for $119 million

​​​AUSTIN – Intercontinental Real Estate​ has purchased the 5th+Colorado office tower for $663 per sf — a total of nearly $119 million, according to Real Capital Analytics.

The 18-story tower at 201 W. Fifth St. was developed by Lincoln Property​ Co. and delivered in 2016.

Lincoln and Goldman Sachs sold the property. Eastdil Secured handled the deal.
