$25M Project Blue to Stephenville

​​​​​​​STEPHENVILLE, ERATH COUNTY – EG Tejas LLC announced the $25 million Project Blue, which will include a new restaurant, a 45,000-sf retail center with 10,000 sf of outdo​or space, and a 100-room hotel.

“This project will create 120 full time jobs an​​d 200 temporary jobs as the project is being built,” John Hubbard, executive director, said.

The group closed on the 17-acre property, located on Wolfe Nursery Rd. and Washington St., on October 20, 2017.

Wolfe Nursery Rd. will be extended south to accommodate the project.

The restaurant is expected to open by October 2018, and the hotel will open in 2019.
