​​​List of Cities that are build the most office space in the Americas​DALLAS-FORT WORTH – North Texas is expected to play a major role in an unprecedented building boom is underway in the United States, according to the Cushman & Wakefield's 'Are We Overbuilding?' report.

The boom expected to deliver more than 700 million sf of office space in the next three years.

Between 2017 and 2019, DFW is projected to rank No. 1 in office completions in the Americas with 20.5 million sf of new office space slated to come online in the region.

North Texas’ projected job growth in 92,700 jobs, which is ranked No. 2 in the Americas behind New York City.
