Oden Hughes starts multifamily, commercial project

​​SAN ANTONIO – Austin-based Oden Hughes LLC will break ground this week on the first phase of a 57-acre multifamily and commercial project on 16 acres fronting Loop 1604 and Bulverde Rd.

Phase one, which​ will include 338 Class A luxury apartments​​​, is scheduled to open in late 2018.​ The project will have up to 1,000 apartments after all three phases are complete​. 

Oden Hughes will build, own, and manage the apartment community but plans to sell the commercial component in 2018 once site work and infrastructure—including a new street through the site connecting Loop 1604 and Bulverde Rd.—are completed.​
