The tile and stone distributor plans to put its new regional base of operations and distribution center within Mercer Crossing in Farmers Branch. The 120,000-sf, build-to-suit facility is designed to have a 20,000-sf showroom with a mezzanine-level regional office and a 100,000-sf attached distribution center. In addition, the company plans to open retail showrooms near Collin Creek Mall in Plano and near Nebraska Furniture Mart in The Colony.
