​​​​FARMERS BRANCH – Bedrosians Tile and Stone has acquired three sites in North Texas.

The tile and stone distributor plans to put its new regional base of operations and distribution center within Mercer Crossing in Farmers Branch.

The 120,000-sf, build-to-suit facility is designed to have a 20,000-sf showroom with a mezzanine-level regional office and a 100,000-sf attached distribution center.

In addition, the company plans to open retail showrooms near Collin Creek Mall in Plano and near Nebraska Furniture Mart in The Colony.
