CARROLLTON | PLANO – Mustang Park Apartments, located at 4645 Plano Pkwy. in Carrollton, and Domaine Apartments, located at 6400 Windcrest Dr. in Plano, have changed hands.
The two multifamily properties sold for a gross sale price of $86 million.
The 289-unit Mustang Park Apartments is comprised of 12 three-story buildings with 182 one-bedroom, 98 two-bedroom and nine three-bedroom units.
Domaine Apartments is situated on approximately 28 acres and consists of 29 buildings with 122 one-bedroom, 112 two-bedroom and 36 three-bedroom units.
