DALLAS – Anaheim, Calif.-based Bedrosians Tile and Stone has acquired three sites in North Texas for showrooms and a new regional operations and distribution center.

A 120,000-sf build-to-suit facility will be built on nine acres at Mercer Crossing in Farmers Branch between Luna Rd. and I-35E. The project will include a 20,000-sf showroom with a mezzanine-level regional office and a 100,000-sf attached distribution center. Construction is slated for completion in early 2019.

Bedrosians’ first area showroom will be within the former Golfsmith store at 900 N. Central Expy. in Plano. Construction to retrofit the 25,000-sf retail store is expected to wrap up early next year. Gensler is the project architect, Kimley-Horn is the civil engineer, and ARCO/Murray National Construction Co. is the general contractor.

A second 35,000-sf showroom will be built on three acres adjacent to the Oasis at Cascades in The Colony. Delivery is slated for early 2019.

In all, Bedrosian plans to spend $25 million as it moves into the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
