Five Texas apartment communities sold

SAN ANTONIO – Atlanta-based Cortland Partners has purchased five Texas properties in the past 30 days, boosting its statewide portfolio to 37 communities.​​ The assets are:

• the 376-unit Preserve on Fredericksburg​ at 10422 Huebner Rd. in San Antonio;

• the 420-unit 910 Texas at 910 Texas St. in Dallas;

• the 333-unit Broadstone Parkway at 5005 Galleria Dr. in Farmers Branch;

• the 293-unit Paseo at Bee Cave at 12531 W. SH 71 in Austin; and 

• the 417-unit Suite 2801 at 2801 Brazos Blvd. in Euless.
