Austin, Dallas, Euless multifamily properties scooped up

​​​​TEXAS – Cortland Partners has acquired five communities in Austin​, Dallas, Euless, Farmers Branch, and San Antonio.

Cortland Partners acquired:

• Austin: 293-unit community called the Paseo at Bee Cave;​​​

• Dallas: 420-unit apartment community, called Nine Ten Texas, at 910 Texas St.;

• Euless: 417-unit apartment community, called 2801, at 2801 Brazos Blvd.;

• Farmers Branch: 333-unit apartment community, called Broadstone Pkwy., at 5005 Galleria Dr.; and

• San Antonio: 376-unit community called the Preserve on Fredericksburg.
