Median rent prices in Longview are more affordable than comparable cities nationwide.

Median two-bedroom rent in Longview at $930 is less than the national average of $1,160.

Median rent for a one-bedroom unit in Longview was $730 in July 2017.

While rents have dropped in Longview, other cities in Texas have seen rent increases, including eight of the ten largest cities in the state.​
