CLEAR LAKE – The Finger Cos. has broken ground on a new 334-unit, Spanish-themed luxury apartment project located at 1235 Nasa Pkwy.
The 8.5-acre Village on the Lake is composed of one large building with two townhouse buildings and will feature:
- a tiled roof;
- high-end features and luxury amenities;
- a fitness center;
- three courtyard swimming pools;
- outdoor grills;
- resident gathering rooms;
- a library;
- a study with computers and;
- a dog wash/grooming station.
The first units are expected to deliver in November 2018.
