The Frisco Planning and Zoning Commission approved a specific-use permit for one high-rise residential building at The Star.

The building will be located on southeast corner of Gaylord Pkwy. and Cowboys Way.

Requirements for the high-rise include:

  • ​a maximum of 160 urban living units in the building;
  • a minimum building height of 17 stories; and
  • required parking for the building will need to be provided in a podium parking structure under the building.​
