CEDAR PARK – The Parke, a 404,000-sf, 42-acre retail complex, was sold to InvenTrust Properties Corp. for $112 million.
Located on the west side of US 183A toll Rd., the center is anchored by the only Texas location of 365 by Whole Foods Market.
Other major tenants include Dick’s Sporting Goods, Nordstrom Rack, Marshalls, footwear retailer DSW Inc. and Old Navy.
