WILMER – Pure Industrial Real Estate Trust has acquired 84 acres of land in close vicinity to its existing Dalport Trade Center property.
The site is located within close proximity to Hwy. 45 and the Union Pacific Dallas Intermodal Terminal.
The company purchased the land for $6.5 million, which approximately $1.1 million will be utilized for municipal infrastructure improvements.
The Trust anticipates being able to develop up to 1.6 million sf of Class A industrial real estate on the site.
