Luxury apartments, new retailers slated for Rayzor Ranch

​​​DENTON – A 292-unit luxury apartment complex and several new retailers are coming to RED Development’s Rayzor Ranch Town Center.

The new retailers include:

• Rooms To Go, 40,000 sf opening spring 2018;
• Andy B’s Entertainment and Bowling Center, 41,000 sf opening fall 2018;
• Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen, 7,500 sf opening late summer 2018;
• Zoës Kitchen, opening summer 2018;
• Massage Envy, opening summer 2018; and 
• Brain Balance, 2,560 sf opening October 2017.

This month, RED sold 11 acres to EPC Real Estate Group for the development of The Village at Rayzor Ranch. The 292 units will be a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom homes. Construction will begin early next year.
