SAN ANTONIO – Austin-based Parker Alamo City LLC has purchased a 202-unit multifamily complex from California-based Forge Partners.
Built in 1965, the Parker Apartments at 6600 Fairdale Dr. is currently 90 percent leased. The community offers rents from $536 a month for 450 sf up to $865 for 1,120 sf.
JLL brokered the deal.
