SAN ANTONIO – California-based Drever Capital Management will develop Larkspur at Live Oak, a 213-unit senior living community on 15 acres near I-35 and Loop 1604.
Designed by Dallas-based Merriman Anderson/Architects Inc., the four-story property will offer units ranging from 691 to 1,221 sf. A 64-unit memory care community is also being planned as a separate facility within the development.
Construction is expected to begin later this year and wrap up in early 2019.
