Retailers, apartments edge into Rayzor Ranch

​​​DENTON – A new 292-unit luxury apartment complex, named The Village at Rayzor Ranch, as well as several new retailers are coming to the Rayzor Ranch Town Center development.

Amenities include a resort-style pool with cabanas and outdoor grills; a 24-hour fitness and yoga center; fire pits and a dog park.

Construction on the complex will begin in early 2018.

Some of the new retailers coming to Rayzor Ranch include:

• ​Rooms To Go will open a 40,000-sf furniture store in spring 2018.
• Andy B’s Entertainment & Bowling Center will open 41,000-sf entertainment venue in fall 2018. ​​​
