AUSTIN – Journeyman Group has sold a 305-room dual-branded hotel to Nimes Real Estate.
Completed in 2016, the hotel includes the 134-room, full-service Hotel Indigo Austin Downtown—University and the 171-room Holiday Inn Express Austin Downtown University.
The hotels on .81 acres at 805 Neches St. and 810 Red River St. were marketed by HFF.
