Work starts on Cutten Distribution Center I

​​​​​HOUSTON – ​​​Clay Development & Construction Inc. has broken ground on the 293,280-sf Cutten Distribution Center I on 16.2 acres at 11833 Cutten Rd.

​​The cross-dock facility ​is the 15th building in Cutten Road Business Park, a 165-acre site acquired by Clay in 2008. The business park will be fully developed when the building delivers in January 2018.

​Cushman & Wakefield are handling sales and leasing. Construction financing is by Frost Bank.
