GRAPEVINE – Here are five things to know about Grapevine’s Salt Lick BBQ:
- The 24,152-sf Salt Lick BBQ will be built at 850 Kubota Dr., and will occupy about ten acres of a 185-acre tract known as the Palmeiro Tract.
- The seating will be split into three main areas—208 seats in the barn, 199 seats near Denton Creek and 108 seats in the cellar.
- There are plans for the Grapevine location to feature a wine cellar.
- The plans for the restaurant include amenities such as rainwater collection and filtration, gravel lots instead of paved, and a trail leading to the restaurant from Denton Creek.
- Salt Lick BBQ is expected to be complete in late 2018.
