  1. The 24,152-sf Salt Lick BBQ will be built at 850 Kubota Dr., and will occupy about ten acres of a 185-acre tract known as the Palmeiro Tract.
  2. The seating will be split into three main areas—208 seats in the barn, 199 seats near Denton Creek and 108 seats in the cellar.
  3. There are plans for the Grapevine location to feature a wine cellar.
  4. The plans for the restaurant include amenities such as rainwater collection and filtration, gravel lots instead of paved, and a trail leading to the restaurant from Denton Creek.
  5. Salt Lick BBQ is expected to be complete in late 2018.
