HOUSTON – A Houston-based developer broke ground on Cutten Distribution Center I, a 293,280-sf cross-dock distribution facility at 11833 Cutten Rd. in northwest Houston.
The 16.2-acre property features 32 ft. clear height ceilings, 60 ft. bays and 50 ft. by 52 ft. column spacing.
Once construction ends January 2018, the 15-building industrial park will be fully developed.
