HOUSTON – A new center for a 17-acre industrial development is under construction on Telge Rd., north of the Grant Rd. intersection.
HOUSTON – A new center for a 17-acre industrial development is under construction on Telge Rd., north of the Grant Rd. intersection.The first phase, which includes 13 buildings ranging from 4,500 to 15,329 sf of space, has been fully leased or sold to oil and gas companies.
Phase 2 involves adding 18 buildings, each ranging from 4,500 to 12,040 sf, and will be completed next year.
Buildings at the park are fully insulated and feature grade-level doors, dock high, and drive-through capability.
