AUSTIN – The 134-room Hotel Indigo and the 171-room Holiday Inn Express at East Eighth and Red River streets in downtown Austin have been sold.
The hotels, which opened in 2016, have a combined 305 guest rooms.
The Travis Central Appraisal District valued the Hotel Indigo and the Holiday Inn Express at $26.9 million in 2017.
