DALLAS – Construction crews have started work on Union Bankers Trust building—a long-vacant Dallas landmark.
The more than century old, five-story brick building, located on Elm St. in Deep Ellum, is being repurposed as a boutique hotel.
The new hotel will become the 164-room Pittman Hotel.
The Pittman Hotel will be part of an eight-acre mixed-use project called The Epic.
