HOUSTON – Neutex, a locally based lighting company, purchased an 115,315-sf office building at 14340 Torrey Chase Blvd. to house its corporate headquarters.
HOUSTON – Neutex, a locally based lighting company, purchased an 115,315-sf office building at 14340 Torrey Chase Blvd. to house its corporate headquarters.In the new building, Neutex will continue developing two product lines:
- illumiPure—an anti-bacterial light; and
- illumiGrow—a suite of LED fixtures for indoor farming operations.
Neutex hopes to boost the value of the office space through a spate of renovations, including new lighting.
