​​rendering of the Patios at the RailFRISCO – Frisco City Council approved an economic incentive agreement for Patios at the Rail, a planned mixed-use development in old downtown.

The city is offering $1.5 million for a parking structure and waiving half of the thoroughfare, water and sewer impact fees for the entire project if Nack Development—the developer on the project—meets all the requirements in the agreement.

Some of the agreement requirements include: 

  • a minimum of 40,500 sf of mixed-use development;
  • a three-story parking garage with at least 117 parking spaces; and 
  • construction must begin within one year of the agreement start date and be completed within two years of the agreement start date.​
