Picture of the Elyson communityKATY – The new community of Elyson in west Houston is the site for one of two 2017 Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA) Benefit Homes Project homes that, when sold, will benefit two local charities.
Located at Grand Pkwy. and FM 529 the 3,642-acre community will be home to 6,000 families and 750 acres of recreational amenities and natural open spaces when completed.
The home was built by Chesmar Homes with donated materials, labor and services by GHBA members.
Newland Communities donated the homesite.
This is the second homesite Newland has donated to the fundraiser.
