GRAND PRAIRIE – Flex-N-Gate Corp., a large GM supplier, has purchased an industrial building totaling 430,188 sf on 20.7 acres from Mohr Capital.
The company is relocating its operations to the building at 1950 Bardin Rd. from its current 186,344-sf industrial space at 2400 Centennial Dr. in Arlington.
