HUMBLE – Allied Orion Group has been selected to manage Sierra Meadows Apartments, the first Veteran-themed, Tax Credit/HOME, senior living community in the United States.
Located at 9835 North Sam Houston Pkwy. East in Humble, Sierra Meadows is a 90-unit, active senior community built with a patriotic theme and dedicated to families who support our Veterans.
Apartments range from 775 to 1,088 sf of living space and offer a number of units with wheelchair accessibility, specific units for the visually impaired, and the Purple Heart Star Garden.
Amenities include a clubhouse with beauty salon, media library, game room, dining area, a fitness center designed for active adults, community kitchen and beverage center, resort-style pool with sundeck, 18-hole miniature golf putting greens, walking trails, picnic and grill area, gazebo and fountain.
