PLANO – Legacy South, a 210,000-sf office project, will be built just south of Legacy business park near Spring Creek Pkwy. on one of the last vacant Dallas North tollway sites.
PLANO – Legacy South, a 210,000-sf office project, will be built just south of Legacy business park near Spring Creek Pkwy. on one of the last vacant Dallas North tollway sites.In addition, the office development is less than a mile from the new Legacy West mixed-use development.
The speculative office project will be a seven-story office building, and will open early 2019.
