Slew of tenants to new office complex

​​FORT WORTH – The first office tenants in The Offices at Clearfork have been announced.

The Offices at Clearfork consists of two Class A office buildings totaling 120,000 sf located directly above ground-floor retail in Fort Worth’s growing southwest corridor.

The tenants include:

• CH4 Energy leasing a 7,800-sf space, which opens October 2017;
• CERIS leasing a 28,600-sf space, which opens December 2017;
• Merrill Lynch leasing a 10,000-sf space, which opens early 2018;
• Frost Bank leasing a 5,150-sf space;
• The Miles Foundation leasing a 3,900-sf space, open now; and 
• Mustang Energy leasing a 4,000-sf space, which opens late 2017.​​
