One of the medical towers bought by the partnership.SAN ANTONIO – A partnership among three national investment firms has purchased four local medical office buildings totaling 423,000 sf.

The partnership bought the 129,000-sf Santa Rosa Professional Pavilion and the 123,000-sf Rosa Verde Tower near The Children’s Hospital of San Antonio in late July 2017.
The partnership also bought two towers, totaling 172,000 sf, on Babcock Rd. in the South Texas Medical Center.
According to a news release, the partnership’s intent is to extend the success of the newly renovated Children’s Hospital into these buildings to create a first-class clinical environment for the delivery of medical care.
