Located at 601 N. St. Mary’s, the ten-story building was one of San Antonio’s first high-rise structures when it was built in the late 1920s, but has been vacant since at least the early ‘90s.
The $12 million project, known as the Hedrick Building, is being rebranded as the Flats at St. Mary’s.
